This page explains what data raffen.content collects when you apply, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can have it deleted.
Data controller
raffen.content is the controller of the data collected through this website. For any question or request about your data, write to contact@raffenco.com.
Data we collect
Through the application form only: first name, alias or stage name (optional), social media handle, OnlyFans link (optional), country, declared monthly revenue range, free-text message, and your confirmation that you are of legal age. We do not collect identity documents, bank details or intimate content through this site.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to review your application and contact you. The legal basis is your consent, given explicitly via the form checkbox, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
The data is accessible only to raffen.content team members responsible for creator recruitment. It is stored with Google (Google Sheets) acting as a processor. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for advertising.
Retention
Applications not taken further: 12 months maximum from receipt, then deleted. Applications leading to a collaboration: kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and any applicable statutory periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@raffenco.com: we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. No cookie consent is therefore required to browse it.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to applications is restricted and logged. Should a data breach be likely to result in a high risk to your rights, you will be informed without undue delay.
